What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: name, email, phone, subject and message, plus, for course registration, the organisation and each participant’s name, email, phone and chosen course. We also record the time of the request.
Why we use it
To answer your message, prepare a consultation or proposal, and process a course registration. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Authorised Wethaq staff who handle requests, by email. A protected copy of each request is also kept on our server so that a mail failure does not lose it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and keep normal business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time, unless a legal or contractual reason requires us to keep it.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser stores only your language and display-mode choice. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address.
Please do not send secrets
Do not enter passwords, keys or details of a live security incident in these forms. Contact us first and we will agree a secure channel.
